Ben and the pros at Smart Builders did a fantastic and professional job on our new roof and siding. After a big hail storm, we were denied by our insurance when another contractor assisted us. A couple weeks later, Smart Builders rep went door to door. I told him we were already denied but if he wanted to take a look he was welcome to. Not only was he able to get my roof approved, but also my siding. Ben was awesome communicating every step of the process. He was involved in the entire process and made it really smooth and easy to get this project completed! He’s extremely responsive and patient.
We had the best experience with Smart Builders and Ben Walworth. After the insurance claim was approved for significant less than the needed repairs, Ben recommended a re-inspection, and he was able to get us approved for the needed repair. Ben made the overall process seamlessly, working with the insurance company and coordinating the repairs. Ben's customer service was outstanding being very polite, friendly and professional. Ben was my the person who dealt with my roof replacement due to hail damage. Ben did a great job dealing with the insurance company. If I called Ben he responded almost immediately. Whatever issue I had was dealt with promptly. The company did a great job and left my yard spotless. Also the dumpsters and building materials were removed within hours of the job being completed.

After the significant hail storms last summer I was hesitant with some of the contractors that came door to door. I was referred to Smart Builders by a friend who had just worked with them. Ben went above and beyond for us every step of the way. He coordinated with the insurance company and kept in constant communication with us throughout the project (roof, gutters, siding and garage doors).
